Bug fix: "RECITE" button now more reliable

A small but crucial update, The Ten Million Invocations of Esnesnon 22/02/2022 is now usable on a wider range of devices. Previously the header passage was causing the "RECITE" button at the very start to be refreshed excessively quickly on some devices, to the extent that it was almost impossible to click. The (live:) macro that was causing this now only runs on the passage responsible for reciting invocations, not the start screen.

Thanks to @Happy_Skull3 on Twitter for bringing this to my attention, and apologies to anyone who missed the first million-and-a-half-ish invocations as a result of this bug. Don't worry, though - if you're quick, you can still catch a solid 8.5 million or so.
